Product Manager

We're seeking a Product Manager with excellent English proficiency and a proven product management record. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience gathering product requirements, positioning, packaging, pricing, competitive analysis, product development, and SDLC management, particularly with agile/scrum teams.

🌎This remote position must be located in either Argentina (RL), México (contractor) or Brazil (CLT)

Responsibilities will include:

• Lead product ideation, development, and execution processes.

• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback and market trends.

• Conduct thorough competitive analysis to inform product strategy.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and engineering.

• Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with agile/scrum methodologies.

• Experience in building and managing SaaS products is highly desirable.

• Comfortable working with marketing and sales teams to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

• Effective communication skills to engage with customers in the LATAM region.

• Collaboration with US Teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the SaaS industry.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with product management tools and methodologies.

• Bilingual proficiency with excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish
