Diana Valderrama has a diverse work experience. Diana is currently working at Aivo as a Manager, Customer Success since March 2021. Prior to this, from August 2016 to February 2021, they worked at Grupo INGCO - Ingenio Colombiano as an Operations and Customer Service Lead. Before that, from January 2014 to August 2016, they were the Director of Administration at Mármoles y Mobiliario SAS, where they co-founded the company and spearheaded the introduction of direct sales digital channels. Additionally, they achieved a Canadian Colombo Alliance for the production and commercialization of furniture in Canada. In 2015, they worked as a Process Analyst at Mundial de Accesorios SAS, where they assisted in the elaboration of the company's strategic planning and supervised performance reports. Lastly, from February 2012 to December 2013, they served as the Operational and Service Coordinator at Grupo INGCO - Ingenio Colombiano, where they created and executed the implementation process of virtual learning environments for industrial processes and engineering areas. Diana was also responsible for designing communication and digital marketing strategies to enhance usability.

Diana Valderrama has a strong educational background in the field of information technology. Diana obtained a Master's degree in Information Technologies for Business from Universidad de Los Andes, which they pursued from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from 2004 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Diana Valderrama has also obtained certifications from HubSpot and HubSpot Academy. In June 2019, they received a certification from HubSpot, and in April 2019, they obtained another certification from HubSpot Academy.
