Alexander Stolze Herzog

Alexander Stolze Herzog serves as General Counsel and Legal Counsel at AJ Vaccines since March 2020, bringing extensive experience in legal advisory roles within the life sciences sector. Prior to this, Alexander was an Assistant Attorney at Accura Advokatpartnerselskab, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on medicinal products, drafting contracts, and advising on IP and regulatory matters. Alexander also held the position of Legal Advisor at FOSS, supporting the company in various legal matters including M&A transactions. Earlier experience includes serving as a Legal Consultant for Region Hovedstaden, focusing on contracts related to clinical research. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Laws from Aarhus University and specialized courses in European Pharmaceutical Law.
