Sophie Nicolajsen is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic HR roles across various companies, currently serving as Senior HR Business Partner & Head of HR Partnering at AJ Vaccines since February 2024. Prior to this, Sophie worked at Dampskibsselskabet NORDEN A/S as an HR Business Partner from May 2019 to February 2024, where responsibilities included coaching senior managers and advising C-suite executives. Previous positions include staffing and HR advisor at McKinsey & Company and associate HR business partner at Terma A/S, where Sophie managed recruitment strategies and performance appraisal projects. Sophie holds a Master's Degree in Corporate Communication and HR and a Bachelor's Degree in English and Communications from Aarhus University, supplemented by international academic experience at La Trobe University in Australia.
