Rupesh Dhadiwal

Rupesh Dhadiwal has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Rupesh started their career in 2015 as a System Engineer at Nihilent Technologies, where they worked until 2017. Rupesh then joined Cornerstone OnDemand as a Senior Software Engineer and worked there for four years until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Rupesh worked as a Senior Software Engineer at TB International DMCC. In 2022, they joined Ajar as a Senior Software Engineer and later became the Engineering Lead in 2024. Additionally, Rupesh founded xdevs.ai in 2023.

Rupesh Dhadiwal obtained a Post-Graduation Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). Rupesh also earned an Engineer's Degree in Electrical, Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Additionally, they completed a PG-DAC in Advanced Computing from CDAC. Rupesh also holds a secondary school certificate (ssc) from Shri Mahavir Vidyalaya, Lasalgaon. Rupesh Dhadiwal has two additional certifications, one in Communicating with Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn and another in PGDAC from CDAC.
