Jeremy Durack

Jeremy Durack is an accomplished medical professional with extensive experience in interventional radiology and clinical leadership. Currently serving as Chief Clinical Officer at both Ajax Health and Cordis X since January 2022, Jeremy previously held the position of Attending Interventional Radiologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center from January 2012 to December 2021, where responsibilities included serving as Vice Chair of IT, Quality, Safety, and Performance Improvement in the Department of Radiology. Additionally, Jeremy worked as an Attending Interventional Radiologist at the University of California, San Francisco from January 2008 to January 2012.
