Yousaf Iqbal

Yousaf Iqbal has a diverse work experience in the field of Information Technology and Immigration. Yousaf is currently working as the Information Technology Operations Team Lead at AJEX ايجكس, where they also held previous roles as a Senior Information Technology Technical Specialist and Information Technology Technical Specialist. Prior to joining AJEX ايجكس, Yousaf worked at FLOW Progressive Logistic as an IT Technical Support Specialist, providing support for various IT-related concerns and troubleshooting technologies such as Windows, Active Directory, and networking. Yousaf also gained experience in system deployment, batch and backup processes, and process efficiency improvement. Yousaf worked as a Student Counsellor at IDP Education Ltd and as an Immigration/Visa Liaison Officer at the Department of Immigration and Border Protection, where they liaised with government authorities and facilitated visa requests for VIPs and dignitaries.

Yousaf Iqbal completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Binary University from 2011 to 2014. Yousaf also obtained an Advanced Diploma in Computer Studies from the Institute of Commercial Management from 2012 to 2013, and a Diploma in Computer Studies from the same institute from 2011 to 2012. Prior to their higher education, Yousaf completed their Intermediate in Pre-Engineering from Pakistan International School, Riyadh from 1997 to 2010. Additionally, they hold a certification as a Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA Routing and Switching) from Cisco, which was obtained in 2017.
