Matt Troyka has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Matt is currently working as the Vice President - CPG Category Management (Marketing) at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. since January 2023. Heinz in various roles including Quality Assurance Manager and Logistics Manager. Overall, Matt Troyka has demonstrated expertise in brand management, marketing strategy, sales growth, and portfolio optimization throughout their career.

Matt Troyka completed their Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering (BS ChE) from Purdue University in the years 1991 to 1995. Matt later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA Anderson School of Management from 2001 to 2003.
