Roy Roberto

Roy Roberto has extensive work experience in the food industry. Roy most recently worked as the Director of Operations at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc. starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of General Manager at the same company from April 2019 to December 2022. Before joining Ajinomoto, Roy worked at Nestlé, where they served as a Factory Manager from January 2017 to March 2019 and again from March 2013 to January 2017. Roy also worked as a Pre Manufacturing Manager from December 2009 to March 2013 and as a Materials Manager from January 2007 to November 2009 at Nestlé. Prior to Nestlé, Roy worked at M&M/Mars, where they held various roles including Site Logistics Manager from November 2005 to December 2006, Operations Area Manager from November 2003 to October 2005, and Scheduling, Planning, Industrial Engineering Manager, Project Manager, and Production Shift Manager from November 1996 to October 2003.

Roy Roberto attended the University of Southern California from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.
