Tobie Haskins Phr

Tobie Haskins, PHR, SHRM-CP has diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Tobie is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Ajinomoto Health & Nutrition North America, Inc., a position they have held since January 2021. Tobie previously served as the Director of Human Resources from April 2019 to January 2021, and as the Associate Director of Human Resources from August 2016 to March 2019 within the same company. Prior to joining Ajinomoto, Tobie worked as an HR Manager for the company from September 2013 to August 2016. Before that, they worked as an HR Generalist at Xerium Technologies from August 2010 to September 2013. Tobie began their career at Waste Industries, where they served as a Human Resources Manager from December 1984 to March 1993.

Tobie Haskins, PHR, SHRM-CP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from UNC-Chapel Hill from 1979 to 1982. In addition to their educational background, they have acquired several certifications. These include the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2013, the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM in August 2015, and the HRBP Certification from CAI- Capital Associated Industries in April 2019. Tobie Haskins also obtained a Reportsmith certification from ADP in May 2013.
