PHEAKDEY is Managing Director and Co-founder of Ajip Consulting.

Prior to this roles, he served as HR Advisor and then Assistant Director of Group Human Resources, one of the largest and fast-growing conglomerate in Cambodia, transforming and leading the entire Group HR function and all 10+ business units. He is part of the growth from less than 2,000 FTE to 6,000+ FTE in last 5 years. He managed to recruit, develop, and retain thousand of talents per year and especially has successfully completed many C-suite levels and executive searches from local and international markets, in supporting those aggressive expansion of new businesses and existing one.

He started career in Human Resource in various roles and continuously grow to senior leader and executive levels in local and international companies. Around 20 years, he has developed a wide range of well-rounded and practical HR experiences in gross industries & sectors including Banking, Retails, Food & Beverages, Construction, Real Estate/Property Development, Foodservices/restaurant chain, IT, Consumer Goods, and Manufacturing/Industrials.
