Nicholas Kimunyu has a wealth of experience in sales and customer success management. Nicholas began their career in 2011 as a Sales Representative at The Coca-Cola Company. In 2013, they took on the role of Account Manager at Jamii Telecommunications Ltd, where they were responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, negotiating contracts, and developing new business. In 2017, they joined Internet Solutions as a Business Development Manager, where they sought out opportunities for business development and was responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Ajua\u2122 as a Customer Success Manager.

Nicholas Kimunyu obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the United States International University - Africa between 2006 and 2010. In 2020, they received a Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification from Google, and in 2022 they obtained a Net Promoter Masterclass Certified from OWEN CX GROUP.
