Helio Oliveira is a seasoned professional in the aeronautics and engineering sectors with extensive experience in weight and balance leadership, certification management, and product development. Currently serving as the Weight and Balance Leader at Akaer since September 2022, Helio is responsible for overseeing mass properties calculations and weight control for various aeronautical programs. Previously, Helio held the position of Certification Director at ASAS Linhas Aéreas Oficial, where responsibilities included the certification of a new airline and the preparation of maintenance manuals. Helio's background includes roles as a researcher in aerodynamics and maintenance, teaching technical design, and product development engineering at Embraer, contributing to notable aircraft such as the Legacy 650 and Phenom series. Helio holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering and a specialization in aeronautics from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica.
