Christer Öhgren

Christer Öhgren is an accomplished Sales Leader with over 20 years of experience in IT and security sales, currently serving as the Regional Sales Manager EMEA North for Akamai Technologies' ESG Group since March 2018. With a strong track record in driving Zero Trust go-to-market strategies, Christer has excelled in various leadership roles within Akamai, including previous positions focused on Enterprise Security and the Nordics. Prior experience includes roles at Gemalto, NTT Com Security, Nexus Technology, PortWise, Cisco Systems, Verizon Business, and Wedins Norden AB, where Christer consistently delivered exceptional results in customer experience and business growth. Christer holds a BS in Computer Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology.
