Einat Refaeli is a seasoned software development leader with extensive experience in managing teams and delivering high-quality software solutions. Currently serving as a Software Development Team Lead at Akamai Technologies since February 2023, Einat previously held similar leadership positions at Cybereason and CME Group, where responsibilities included overseeing complex implementations and ensuring alignment with business needs. With a strong technical background in Java, C++, and various high-performance technologies, Einat has successfully led teams in developing multifaceted financial trading platforms and innovative network management systems. Einat’s career also features roles at EBS BrokerTec and ECI Telecom, where contributions ranged from architecture and design to agile implementation across cross-regional teams.
