Frances Cesar

Frances Cesar has over two decades of experience in tax management, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Global Tax at Akamai Technologies since August 2003. Frances has progressed through various roles at Akamai, including Senior Director of Tax, Tax Director, Tax Senior Manager, Tax Manager, and Senior Tax Accountant. Prior to joining Akamai, Frances held the position of Senior Tax Associate at Grant Thornton LLP from August 2000 to August 2003. Frances holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of New Hampshire, earned between 1996 and 2000.
