Latha Raman is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in technical recruiting, specializing in niche IT roles such as Software Engineers, Database Architects, and Quality Assurance/Test Engineers. Currently serving as a Member of the Talent Acquisition Team at Akamai Technologies since July 2021, Latha has previously held senior positions at GK HR Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr Talent Acquisition Lead and Sr Sourcing Specialist from 2016 to 2021. With a strong technical and business acumen, Latha has demonstrated capabilities in sourcing passive candidates and leading a team of five members, backed by an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing from AMC Bangalore and a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from VTU, Belgaum.
