Hooram Nam

Hooram Nam is currently the Chief Technology Officer at AKA, where they lead and implement NLP-related full-stack projects. They have experience in chatbot, analysis, language education, mental health, customer service, and robotics projects. Prior to this role, they were an AI Team Director, designing and developing Bach, a human-in-the-loop data gathering tool for training NLP/dialogue models for language education. Hooram Nam also worked as an AI Software Engineer, developing the conversation engine for Musio, a voice-enabled robot used in English conversation education. They have a Master of Science degree in Neural Information Processing from the University of Tübingen.
