Tushar Dhake is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical contracts and operations within the aviation industry. Currently serving as Manager - Technical Contracts at Akasa Air since April 2022, Tushar is responsible for managing technical and leasing contracts from a techno-commercial perspective. Previously, Tushar held roles at Turbo Megha Airways Private Limited as Assistant Manager - Technical Contracts and Manager - Technical Operations, overseeing aircraft/engine lease and MR claim management. Tushar also contributed to the aerospace sector as a Senior Domain Consultant at Hexaware Technologies, focusing on commercial services for Saudia Aerospace Engineering Industries. With a significant tenure at Jet Airways as Sr. Engineer - Engineering Contracts and Projects, Tushar specialized in outsourcing maintenance activities and negotiating MRO/OEM proposals. Tushar began a career in customer support engineering with Global Technical Services and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Nagpur University.
