Trine Ask-Henriksen

Trine Ask-Henriksen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Trine has served as the Head of HR & People Development at Aker ASA since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President People & Organization - Head of HR Subsea at Aker Solutions from 2020 to 2023. Trine also held the position of SVP Organisation & Sustainability at Aker Energy AS in 2020. Trine has worked as a Chartering Officer at Solstad Offshore ASA from 2014 to 2019, and also had a brief engagement as a Fundraiser/Volunteer at Casa de Santa Ana in 2014. Additionally, they have experience at Deloitte Norway, Nokia, Augmentum Consulting, Eitzen Maritime Services, and ESR in various managerial and consulting roles. Trine holds a Master's thesis on change management sponsored by EMS Group.

Trine Ask-Henriksen obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in psychology, sociology, and business from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2003 and 2007. In 2008 and 2009, they pursued a Masters degree in International Management and Change Management at Regent's University London. Additionally, they received additional certifications in 360 feedback from Aff in April 2013 and in Team Management Profile from TMS Global in April 2012.
