Rosjen Muradin

Rosjen Muradin is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in international asset management and law firms. Currently serving as the Head of HR for the Global Client Group and Netherlands at BNP Paribas Asset Management since March 2016, Muradin has played a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. Prior to this, Muradin held the position of HR Director at Clifford Chance LLP, overseeing HR functions in Amsterdam and the Middle East. Previous roles include HR Manager at NautaDutilh and Senior HR Consultant at ING Nederland, where Muradin contributed to numerous strategic HR initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam and additional qualifications from prestigious institutions such as Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and Nyenrode Business University.
