Espen Ingebretsen

Espen Ingebretsen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in global operations, business development, and project management within the subsea and energy sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Operations - Life Cycle at Aker Solutions since August 2019, Ingebretsen oversees a vast portfolio that includes Brownfield, electrification, and low carbon operations across multiple regions, managing over 4,000 employees. Prior roles include Vice President of Global Business Development and Subsea Projects at Oceaneering, as well as leadership positions in various companies, where Ingebretsen successfully drove business transformations, mergers, and operational improvements. Ingebretsen's diverse experience also includes roles with Shell and BP, as well as leadership in non-profit organizations focused on youth entrepreneurship.
