Kenneth Kongsvold

Kenneth Kongsvold has held various roles in organizational development and leadership development throughout their career. Kenneth began at SINTEF as a Scientific Researcher before moving on to positions at Nordea and Norges Bank Investment Management as an Executive Development Consultant and Human Resources Manager, respectively. Kenneth then worked at TINE SA as a Specialist in Organizational and Leadership Development before joining Aker Energy AS as a Senior Specialist in Organizational Development. Kongsvold later returned to Aker Solutions, where they served as the Vice President of Leadership Development and an Organizational Development Specialist. Overall, Kongsvold has extensive experience in implementing organizational changes and managing leadership development programs.

Kenneth Kongsvold's education history includes a Master of Arts degree from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2000, where they pursued an internship. Prior to that, in 1999-2000, they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Innovation, Management, and Technology from the University of Oslo. Kenneth also holds a Cand.Mag degree in Psychology and Prosjektforum from the University of Oslo, which they completed from 1995 to 1999.
