Nick Keable Ceng Miet

Nick Keable, CEng MIET, has a diverse work experience in the field of telecommunications engineering. Nick recently worked as a Lead Telecoms Engineer at Aker Solutions, where they were involved in the Northern Lights project in Norway. Their responsibilities included working on various telecoms systems such as PAGA, networks, CCTV, and radio systems. Prior to this, Nick worked as an Owner/Director at TILLKY LIMITED, where they provided consultancy services for telecommunications systems in the petrochemical industry. Nick also has experience in leading telecoms engineering projects at companies like McDermott International Inc. and Airswift. Nick's expertise extends to areas such as telecoms commissioning, project engineering, and specialist design for telecoms and security systems. Their experience also includes working with companies like Optilan, Fluor Corporation, Optilan UK Ltd, qedi, and Statoil.

Nick Keable CEng MIET attended Caister on Sea High School from 1983 to 1987. Nick then went on to study Electrical Installation at Great Yarmouth College FE from 1987 to 1988. Following that, they pursued a degree in Telecommunications at Lowestoft College FE from 1988 to 1991. Nick Keable obtained their CEng certification from the Institute of Engineering and Technology in November 2019, and their MIET certification from the same institution in 2018. Nick also has a certification from CompEx®.
