Nishanth Naidu has worked in the IT recruitment industry for over 15 years. Nishanth began their career in 2005 as a Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Dreaming Code.INC. In 2007, they moved to Satyam Computer Services Ltd as a Team Lead- Technical Support Operations. In 2009, they joined R3TEK (R3 Technology, Inc.) as a Lead Technical Recruiter. In 2010, they worked as a Resource Manager at Simplion Technologies. In 2011, they became Manager/Director-Talent Aquisition at R3Tek Inc. In 2012, they were a Sales Lead - US IT at Adaequare. In 2014, they joined Hire IT People, LLC as a Sr. Manager. In 2017, they were a Business Development Specialist - IT Recruitment operations at WalkWater Technologies. Finally, in 2019, they became a Sr. Manager -Global IT Recruitment Operations at Akidev Corporation. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for managing recruitment operations, training and managing onsite and offshore recruitment teams, handling CRMS and recruitment portals, handling clients, and achieving quarterly and annual recruitment targets.

Nishanth Naidu obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Magadh University in 2005. Nishanth also has two certifications from Force.com, one as a Certified Administrator (ADM 201) and the other as a Certified Advanced Administrator (ADM 301).
