Mark Bawtree is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, sales, and business development. Currently serving as Chief Sustainability Officer and Head of Global Sales and ESG at Akila, a digital twin platform focused on enhancing sustainability in the built environment, Mark previously held key roles such as Director of Business Development at BEE Incorporations, where expertise in energy and air quality monitoring was developed, and CMO & Co-Founder of SolarNRJ, a solar system EPC company. Over the years, Mark has also consulted for various firms in global commercialization strategies, served as Global Sales Director at Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies, and held several marketing and management positions in finance and technology sectors. Academic credentials include a BSc in Management from the University of St Andrews.
