Brian Preti

Brian Preti has held various finance and accounting roles throughout their career. Brian started at Torrent Systems, Inc. as an Accounting Manager from November 1999 to December 2001. Brian then worked as the Corporate Controller at Idiom Technologies, Inc. from January 2002 to October 2005. Brian was also a Manager of Accounting at m-Qube, Inc. from October 2005 to May 2007. Brian joined Demandware, Inc. in May 2007 and held the positions of Corporate Controller, Vice President of Finance & Corporate Controller, and Vice President of Finance & Chief Accounting Officer until March 2015. During their tenure at Demandware, Brian played a significant role in the company's rapid growth, IPO, and acquisitions. Brian served as the Chief Financial Officer at Invoice Cloud, Inc. from September 2015 to April 2016. Most recently, Brian has been working at Localytics, where they held the role of Senior Financial Controller from November 2016 to July 2018. Currently, they are the Vice President & Corporate Controller at Akili Interactive, where they have been since July 2018.

Brian Preti received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College Carroll School of Management in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Accounting from Assumption University in 1996. Brian also holds a certification as an Accountant/Certified Public Accountant from the Massachusetts Society of CPAs, Inc.
