Jacqueline Studer

Ms. Studer comes to Akili with a 20+ year track record as a senior legal executive building, growing, and leading transformative technology companies in highly regulated sectors. Prior to joining Akili, Ms. Studer led the legal, compliance, and regulatory organizations as Corporate Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at IDEXX Laboratories, where she was charged with building a global legal, privacy, and regulatory organization and framework to support this fast growing medical and veterinary diagnostics company. She held prior roles leading the legal, privacy, and compliance organizations at Blue Health Intelligence, a healthcare data, and analytics company, and Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, a healthcare information technology company, and, from 2002 to 2011, held various leadership positions at GE Healthcare, a medical technology company, including as General Counsel of the GE Healthcare IT & Performance Solutions divisions. Ms. Studer began her legal career at Cooley LLP in the Silicon Valley. Ms. Studer holds a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
