Vardit Binstein has a diverse work experience that spans over several years. Vardit started working at Akiva School in 2013 as a Technology Lead Teacher and Hebrew and Judaic Studies Teacher. In this role, they provided staff training, tech support, and integrated technology into the classroom. Vardit also volunteered as an IT support and Hebrew and Judaic Studies Teacher. In 2017, Vardit became the Director of Technology and Hebrew Coordinator at Akiva School. In this position, they led the selection and implementation of technology in the school, provided staff training and technical support, and supported teachers in integrating technology into their teaching practices. Prior to their work at Akiva School, Vardit had several roles at Motorola Solutions, including IT Account Relationship Manager, IT Development Team Leader in Supply Chain, Supply Chain Business System Analyst, and Developer. In these roles, they provided IT solutions for the Supply Chain group, managed development projects, and upgraded the Oracle Applications environment.

Vardit Binstein achieved a Master of Business Administration degree from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science degree in industry and management, specializing in information systems, also at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1999. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications including a UI & UX for Digital Product Design Professional Development Course from the Nashville Software School in May 2023 and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2013.
