Julie Chenadec

Julie Chenadec has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Julie currently works as a Relationship Development Manager at Aknostic, a cloud-consultancy company based in Utrecht. Their role involves designing, building, and managing cloud software infrastructure for development teams.

Prior to this, Julie served as an Ambassador at Tech Makers Amsterdam, a startup community focused on connecting, inspiring, and empowering like-minded individuals in the technology industry. Julie contributed to the development of impactful technology and built personal connections within the tech ecosystem.

Julie also held positions at Sustainable Digital Infrastructure Alliance e.V. (SDIA), where they served as a Community Director and later as the Head of Community. SDIA's mission is to create a net-positive digital infrastructure sector by driving collaboration and sustainability across industries.

Before joining SDIA, Julie worked as a Project Manager at CEDaCI, a circular economy initiative for the data center industry. Julie was responsible for managing projects related to sustainable practices within the industry.

Julie's experience at Green IT Amsterdam Region includes roles such as Program Manager, Keynote Speaker, and Business Analyst. Julie played a crucial role in promoting green IT practices and analyzing business data to drive sustainability.

Julie also gained experience in customer service and administrative roles earlier in their career. Julie worked as a Cashier at FC Girondins de Bordeaux and as a Travel & Administrative Assistant at La Cité D'or. Additionally, they worked briefly in sales and business development at UNICEF France.

Julie Chenadec completed their education with a master's degree in Sustainable Development from OMNES Education, which they attended from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned a BTEC (Higher National Diploma) in International Business from Notre Dame de la Paix, Lorient, where they studied management of import-export operations, sale negotiation, legal environment, English, and Spanish from 2009 to 2011. Their educational journey began with a Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences from Lycée Jean Macé, Lanester, in the period from 2006 to 2009.

In terms of additional certifications, Julie Chenadec obtained a Business English - European language level C1 certification from Taleninstituut Nederland in August 2015. Additionally, they also received First Aid certification in February 2009, although the institution where they obtained this certification is not specified.
