Cyril Martin

Cyril Martin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the audio technology industry. Cyril started their career at Telos Systems, where they worked as an HW/SW R&D Engineer, developing and manufacturing equipment for the broadcast and professional audio markets. Cyril then joined Apple as an Audio Hardware Architect, where they evaluated and integrated new audio hardware technologies for various Macintosh computing products. At BlackBerry, they worked as a Multimedia Systems Architect, and at Analog Devices, they held the position of Director of Strategic Marketing / Personal Audio. During their time at Microsoft, Cyril served as Director of Engineering / Principal Audio Hololens, where they reimagined the Hololens audio hardware and stack. Cyril also worked as a self-employed contract systems architect/designer, helping start-ups in the hardware field develop their roadmap and design their products. Most recently, Cyril joined Akoustic Arts as the VP of Engineering. Cyril'swork experience showcases a strong background in audio technology, product development, and strategic marketing.

Cyril Martin earned their Master's degree in Electronics and Signal Processing from ESME between 1994 and 1999.
