Bassem Ben Cheikh

Bassem Ben Cheikh has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Bassem currently works at Akoya Biosciences, Inc. as a Senior Data Scientist/Technical Group Lead since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Data Scientist/Bioinformatician at the same company from November 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Akoya Biosciences, Inc., Bassem worked at Cedars-Sinai as a Research Bioinformatician II from October 2019 to November 2020 and as a Postdoctoral Scientist from January 2018 to September 2019. Bassem also has experience from their time at Sorbonne University, where they were a PhD student from September 2014 to September 2017 and a Teaching Assistant from September 2015 to June 2017. Bassem started their career as an intern at the University of Strasbourg in 2013.

Bassem Ben Cheikh has a strong educational background in computer science and telecommunications engineering.
