Brian Milner, MBA, CADP

Brian Milner, MBA, CADP has a diverse work experience spanning from 2003 to the present. Brian started their career as a Project Coordinator at the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority, where they performed data entry and analysis. Brian then worked at the State Street Corporation, initially as a Mutual Fund Accountant and later as a Senior Financial Research Specialist and Senior Associate in the Central Control Group. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining data integrity, performing ad-hoc data research, and serving as a liaison between internal departments and external vendors.

Following their time at State Street Corporation, Brian joined Insulet Corporation as a Commercial Business Analyst. Here, they created monthly interactive Excel dashboards summarizing key performance indicators for different territories and provided ongoing support to the sales team.

After Insulet Corporation, Brian joined Corero as a Sales Analyst, where they identified and implemented continuous improvements to sales processes and managed the growth strategy of the database.

Brian then moved to iRobot, where they held multiple roles including Senior Sales Operations Analyst, Manager of Business Planning & Analysis for NA/LATAM Sales Operations, and Business Analytics Manager. In these positions, they developed analytical and data-driven solutions, created sales reports, and led forecasting efforts using historical sales trends and predictive analytic models. Brian also supported the integration of offline processes into the Anaplan ERP system.

Currently, Brian is working at Akoya as the Manager of Business Operations and Strategy, where they oversee operations and develops strategies for the company.

Brian Milner completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 1999 to 2003. Brian then pursued higher education and earned an MBA degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2004 to 2008. During the same period at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, they also obtained a Graduate Certificate in Business from 2004 to 2006.
