Sugantha Nagarajan

Sugantha Nagarajan is the Head of Customer Delivery at Akoya, overseeing client performance improvements and onboarding clients onto the new platform. Prior to this, at Fidelity Investments, Sugantha held various leadership positions such as Head of Access API Platform, Vice President of Product Management & IT Management, Director of Software Engineering, and Principal Analyst/Senior Manager. With a background in software consulting and business analysis, Sugantha has a Master of Business Administration in Finance from UMass Boston and a M. Stat in Mathematics & Statistics from Indian Statistical Institute, Kolkata.
