Rupal Pandey

Rupal Pandey has a diverse work experience in various roles. Rupal started their career as an Early Childhood Educator at WhiteHat Jr in November 2020, where they worked until April 2021. Rupal then joined MetaSense Inc in August 2020 as a Sr. Healthcare Recruiter, responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates for various healthcare and IT clients. In July 2022, Rupal became a Team Lead at MetaSense Inc, leading the recruitment process and placing candidates on contract. After that, they worked as a Lead Healthcare Recruiter at Diverse Lynx from April 2023 to July 2023. Currently, Rupal is employed as a Healthcare Team Lead at Akshar Staffing starting from August 2023.

Rupal Pandey has a B.Ed degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Krishna Kanya Mahavidyalaya Sikandra, which they completed in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc (bio) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from J.L.N DEGREE COLLEGE,ETAH, graduating in 2006. Currently, Rupal is pursuing a Masters in Zoology from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Agra.
