Yolande Taylor

Yolande Taylor has extensive work experience in HR and project management roles. Yolande is currently the Global Head of Digital HR Advisory at AKT Global since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Management and HR Advisory Contractor at AKT Global from 2018 to 2022. Yolande also founded and directed Integriti Consulting Limited from 2013 onwards.

Yolande has served as a Global HRIS Program Manager at Landis+Gyr, where they managed the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for multiple countries from 2016 to 2018. Yolande also worked as a Transformation HR & Payroll Program Lead at MAG (Airports Group) from 2015 to 2016, overseeing various HR modules' implementation.

Before that, they were a Transformation & OD SAP HR Global Project Manager at Pentair, managing HRIS payroll implementation and organizational design projects from 2013 to 2015. At Hilti Group, Yolande held multiple roles, including Head of HR, Comp & Bens, EMEA from 2011 to 2013 and Global HRIS Director from 2006 to 2011.

Their earlier experiences include HR positions at Schneider Electric, ALSTOM POWER LTD, Unilever, and Hess Corporation. Yolande has a strong background in HR process transformation, system implementation, program management, and global HR operations.

Yolande Taylor's education history is as follows:

Yolande Taylor completed their BSc in Industrial Management from Nottingham Trent University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they attended Wirral Grammar School for Girls until 1992. Yolande later pursued a Masters Postgrad (CIPD) in Human Resources from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University from 1998 to 1999. Yolande also obtained an additional certification as MCIPD from the Chartered Institute of Human Resources Management in June 1999.

In 2000 and 2001, Yolande attended The Manchester Metropolitan University where they completed their Masters in Business Administration and Management, General (MBA). Yolande then acquired a certification in Blanchard SLII from The Ken Blanchard Companies in January 2004.

Yolande Taylor's additional certifications include DiSC profiling from Everythingdisc and a Level A and Level B testing licence from SHL. Yolande also obtained the certification of OPQ from SHL. The specific months and years of obtaining these additional certifications are not provided.
