Bingqian Gao

Bingqian Gao has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Bingqian is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Advanced Analytics at Aktana, where they utilize data analytics, machine learning, and technology to solve commercial pharma operations and HCP omnichannel engagement challenges. Bingqian also leads Aktana's Advanced Analytics and AI/ML capabilities globally. Prior to this, Bingqian held the position of Director of Analytics and Strategic Consulting Services at Aktana.

In addition to their work at Aktana, Bingqian is the Founder and Chair of Tiny Viz Talks, a data enthusiast community that organizes quarterly events focused on data visualization. This platform also supports individuals in getting started with public speaking.

Before joining Aktana, Bingqian worked as a Data Science Lead at TrueCue (a division of Concentra Analytics) in 2020. Bingqian also served as a Consulting Manager at Concentra Analytics, where they brought expertise in data management, data visualization, and data science to deliver business insights. Bingqian partnered with Microsoft, Tableau, and Alteryx to provide value through leading technology. Bingqian began their journey at Concentra Analytics as a Senior Consultant and later transitioned into the role of Consultant.

Prior to their time at Concentra Analytics, Bingqian worked as a Research Analyst at SKIM from 2014 to 2016. Bingqian also worked with AIESEC Sri Lanka as a Coach, where they provided feedback and suggestions for talent management, process management, and leadership development. Additionally, they played a key role in establishing partnerships with local primary schools to create more international volunteering opportunities for university students.

Bingqian's early experience includes serving as Vice President of the Out-Going Exchange Department at AIESEC, where they facilitated social responsibility by providing students with global volunteering opportunities. Bingqian also organized leadership development conferences and seminars during their tenure at AIESEC.

Bingqian Gao has a strong educational background in the field of Economics and Management. Bingqian obtained a BSc in Economics and Statistics from Xiamen University. Later, they pursued an MSc in Economics & Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Additionally, they participated in an exchange program at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where they gained knowledge in Economics, Statistics, and Business. Bingqian further enhanced their skills by completing Achieving Leadership Excellence at LSE and Executive Education in Competing in the Age of AI at Harvard Business School. Bingqian also holds certifications in Alteryx Designer Expert, Alteryx Certified Partner, and has expertise in Tableau software.
