Dan Johnson

Dan Johnson is an experienced executive and entrepreneur with a robust background in private equity, business development, and strategic advisory roles. Currently serving as the Verkställande direktör at Aktieinvest since April 2019, Dan also works as an independent advisor and entrepreneur for Marluc Invest, Marluc Partners, and Marluc Digital, focusing on investments and corporate strategy. Past significant positions include Co Managing Partner at CapMan, where Dan contributed to numerous buyout transactions, Founder and CEO of Marluc Invest and Marluc Partners, and Partner at FSN Capital, specializing in Nordic private equity. Dan's earlier career included leadership roles at Mercuri Urval and The Boston Consulting Group, along with military service as a Lieutenant in the Swedish Armed Forces. Dan holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the Stockholm School of Economics.
