Kelly Williamson Polanco

Kelly Williamson Polanco has had a progressive career in the field of Human Resources and Talent Management. Kelly most recently served as the Vice President Head of People & Culture at Aktis Oncology. Prior to this, they held leadership roles at companies such as CRISPR Therapeutics, Bristol-Myers Squibb, and Editas Medicine. Kelly'sexperience spans across different regions and functions, consistently demonstrating their expertise in driving organizational success through strategic HR initiatives.

Kelly Williamson Polanco holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Kelly then pursued an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management in 1999-2000. Later, they completed a Master's in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania in 2001-2003. In 2016-2017, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Change Leadership from Cornell University, followed by another Professional Certificate in Compensation. Kelly also holds additional certifications as a Licensed Practitioner from Insights and as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.
