Jake Rost

Jake Rost has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the manufacturing and medical device industries. Jake currently serves as the VP of Manufacturing Operations at Aktiv Pharma Group. Prior to this, Jake was the VP of Operations at HeartHero®/EIR, inc from 2019 to 2021. Jake also worked as a Consultant at See Level Consulting, LLC from 2015 to 2019, where they provided strategic guidance to medical device startups and CDMOs. Jake held positions including VP of Business Development and VP/GM Medical at Spartronics, contributing to the company's growth in the commercial aerospace, defense, and medical device markets. Jake was also the VP of Business Development and Managing Partner at Byers Peak, which was later acquired by Spartronics. Additionally, Jake has worked as a Consultant at Rost Consulting and held the role of Business Unit Director at Delphi Medical Systems. Jake began their career at Peak Industries as a VP of Business Development and Managing Partner before transitioning to the role of VP of Manufacturing. Jake's expertise spans sales and marketing, strategic planning, organizational development, and merger and acquisition activities.

Jake Rost attended the University of Central Missouri from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Finance.
