Evgeny Goldin has over a decade of work experience in software engineering, development, and DevOps. In 2007, they began their career as a Senior Java/UI Developer at EntryPoint. In 2009, they started working at Thomson Reuters as an SCM and Activity Leader, where they established the company's new CM infrastructures and initiated new CI, Nightly and Release build procedures. In 2012, they worked at JetBrains as a TeamCity Evangelist and at Trademob GmbH as an SCM Manager and DevOps professional. In 2013, they joined AKQA as a Senior Software Engineer, DevOps professional and worked on the audiondemand.com car-sharing initiative. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at Spotify as a Senior Software Engineer, developing Continuous Delivery pipelines and automation infrastructures. In 2015, they joined Amazon as a Senior Software Developer Engineer (SDE III) and worked on the Alexa Smart Home project. Evgeny then moved to Uber Freight in 2020 as a Staff Software Engineer, where they received the MVP award of Q1 2021. Finally, in 2021 they joined Uber as a Staff Software Engineer and was a member of the Developer Platform and Infrastructure team. In 2022, they began working at Akuity as a Founding Software Engineer, responsible for the Akuity SaaS Platform AWS setup.

Evgeny Goldin obtained their B.Sc in Computer Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 1996 and 2000. Evgeny also holds certifications from Coursera in Programming Languages (obtained in December 2014), Computer Networks (obtained in March 2014), and Functional Programming Principles in Scala (obtained in November 2012).
