Nicholas M. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Technical Support Analyst at Queen's University Department of Psychology in 2018. Nicholas then worked as a Student Service Desk Support and Desktop Support Technical Assistant at St. Lawrence College from 2017-2018. In 2018, they began their role as a Systems Administrator at Telecom Metric Inc., where they were responsible for infrastructure management and comprehensive troubleshooting.
