Nicholas M.

Nicholas M. has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as a Technical Support Analyst at Queen's University Department of Psychology in 2018. Nicholas then worked as a Student Service Desk Support and Desktop Support Technical Assistant at St. Lawrence College from 2017-2018. In 2018, they began their role as a Systems Administrator at Telecom Metric Inc., where they were responsible for infrastructure management and comprehensive troubleshooting. In 2020, they took on the role of Linux System Administrator at Empire Life, where they managed an array of Linux systems and worked to bridge the gap between developers and the infrastructure they deploy to. In 2021, they began their role as DevOps Engineer at Ratehub.ca, where they automated the delivery of Ratehub's applications and services and managed the infrastructure the development team depended on. Finally, in 2022 they began their role as Developer Advocate at Akuity.

Nicholas M. obtained a Diploma of Education in Computer Networking and Technical Support from St. Lawrence College between 2016 and 2018. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Fundamentals for Kyverno from Nirmata in January 2023, Certified Rancher Operator: Level 1 from Rancher Labs in July 2020, and CKA: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in August 2022.
