Matthew Green has a diverse work experience in retail operations and management. Matthew started their career at Wickes in 2007, where they held various roles such as Operations Helpdesk Manager, Store Manager, and Operations Workload Planning Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for overseeing store activity, managing workload and activity from different teams, and project managing system enhancements and business improvements. In 2016, Matthew joined AkzoNobel as a Retail Operations Lead, and later became the Programme Planning & Communications Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Retail Operations Lead at AkzoNobel.
Matthew Green attended The Manchester Metropolitan University from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a BA (Honours) degree in English Language and Literature, General.
