Ali Raza

Ali Raza has a diverse background in human resources, starting as a Recruitment Assistant at Starlight Airlines in 2008. Ali later worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at MACNES GENERAL TRADING PRIVATE LIMITED, where they were responsible for various tasks such as HR management and document preparation. In 2014, Ali became an HR Manager at Gulf Steel Industries FZE, where they focused on improving work relationships and increasing productivity. Currently, Ali serves as the Human Resources Director at Al Ghaith Oilfield Supplies & Services Company, overseeing all HR operations for a company with 5000+ employees and leading the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies.

Ali Raza has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Preston University, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of the Punjab, from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have also acquired several certifications, including CIPD Level 5 from CIPD in January 2018, Internal Auditor - ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management System from Bureau Veritas in July 2016, and Philosipy of Systems from IS in September 2012.
