Holly Cullinan began their work experience in 2017 as a Retail Assistant at Jo Malone London. After completing their bachelor's degree, they enrolled in University College Dublin from 2017 to 2019 to pursue a Masters in Common Law. Holly'sfield of study during this phase was Law.

Following their studies at University College Dublin, Holly attended the Law Society of Ireland from 2018 to 2019 to complete their Final Examinations Part 1.

Holly then pursued further legal education at the Law Society of Ireland, where they completed the Professional Practice Course 1 (PPC 1) from 2020 to 2021, and the Professional Practice Course 2 (PPC 2) in 2022.

In addition to their academic achievements, Holly also obtained a Certificate in Commercial Mediation from the Mediator Academy in February 2021 and a Certificate in Technology Law from the Law Society of Ireland in November 2020.
