Louise O'Donnell

Louise O'Donnell has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Louise started their professional journey as a Bank Official in the Treasury Department of National Irish Bank in 1999. After that, they worked as a Clerical Officer in the Employment Rights Section of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation. In 2002, they held HR Assistant positions at both TDG and Securicor.

In 2003, Louise joined CH2M HILL, where they took on various roles and responsibilities over a span of 10 years. Louise started as an HR Administrator, then became an HR Generalist. From 2010 to 2011, they provided maternity cover as an Acting HR Manager and finally, they served as an HR Manager. During their time at CH2M HILL, Louise was responsible for providing HR business partner consulting and expertise, ensuring compliance with best practices, and delivering an efficient professional HR service to managers and staff.

Their most recent work experience was with A&L Goodbody, where they worked as an HR Generalist, providing maternity cover. Louise started in March 2014 and their tenure at the company is ongoing.

Louise O'Donnell pursued their education at the National College of Ireland from 2000 to 2003, where they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in Accounting and Human Resource Management, focusing on HRM. Prior to that, from 1997 to 1999, they attended Technological University Dublin, where they obtained a Certificate in Business Studies.
