Rawh Alarfaj is a prominent figure in women's sports, currently serving as the CEO of Women's Sports at Al-Hilal Saudi Club since August 2022. Prior to this role, Rawh held multiple positions at the Saudi Sports for All Federation from May 2018 to August 2022, including Manager of Global Partnerships & Projects and Special Projects Senior Specialist. Rawh co-founded Challenge Sports Club in 2007, initially leading an all-female football team, and served as General Manager until August 2022, with the club expanding to incorporate a basketball team in 2017. Additional experience includes serving as a board member for the Saudi Life Saving Federation and contributing as a head coach for the Acoon Girls Sports Program. Rawh's early career encompassed roles in volunteering and education, specifically as a Montessori and English teacher at Alshamelah kindergarten. Rawh holds a Bachelor's degree in Kindergarten/Preschool Education and Teaching from King Saud University, completed in 2006.
