Tokunbo Ladeji

Tokunbo Ladeji is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR for Europe at Al Jazeera Media Network since March 2020. Previously, Tokunbo held the position of Head of HR Shared Services at Worldpay from September 2014 to October 2021, and served as an HR Manager at ActivTrades for a brief period in early 2014. Tokunbo's experience includes HR Business Partnering at Direct Line Group (November 2012 - December 2013) and HR Consultancy at Capita (June 2009 - December 2012), with expertise in relationship management, disciplinaries and grievances, TUPE transfers, and leading HR work streams on various projects. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Kingston University and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire, along with A-levels and GCSEs from Greenwich Community College and Skinners Company School for Girls, respectively.
