Saud Albegami

Saud Albegami has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on HR governance, recruitment, talent management, and organizational development. Saud has held various roles at Al Rajhi Bank, including Head of HR Corporate Governance and NRC Secretary, Executive Manager HR Business Partner, Executive Manager HR Governance & Transformation, Senior Manager Recruitment - Head Office, and Recruitment Manager - Head Office. In these positions, Saud has been responsible for managing internal control functions, overseeing recruitment processes, and implementing talent development programs. Prior to their time at Al Rajhi Bank, Saud worked at Riyad Bank as a Senior Manager and Learning & Management Development Specialist, Officer/Senior HR Specialist, and HR Specialist. Their responsibilities included setting career paths, participating in recruitment plans, and conducting candidate assessments.

Saud Albegami obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Toledo, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.
