Turki Alrayes

Turki Alrayes has a strong background in cybersecurity, with their most recent role being Director of Cybersecurity GRC at Al Rajhi Takaful. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager of Cybersecurity GRC at the same company. Turki also has experience in cybersecurity governance and compliance at Banque Saudi Fransi, where they held the positions of Cybersecurity Governance and Compliance Officer and Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for managing cybersecurity strategy, governance, compliance, and risk analysis, as well as executing and reporting on cyber security audits and regulatory compliance projects.

Turki Alrayes obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas Southern University from 2015 to 2019. Turki has also obtained several certifications from GIAC Certifications, including the GIAC Critical Controls Certification (GCCC) in February 2021, the GIAC Certified Penetration Tester (GPEN) in 2019, the GIAC Web Application Penetration Tester (GWAPT) in 2019, and the GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) in 2019. Turki is also currently pursuing the GIAC Managing Security Vulnerabilities: Enterprise and Cloud certification from GIAC Certifications.
